Experience

Extensive experience with construction of homes, site supervision, preparation of plans and specifications, issuance of building permits and plans examinations review. Completed thousands of residential inspections. Building code compliance inspections throughout Ontario for CMHC and the Ministry. Managed customer service departments for builders and developers and acted as their representative for the Ontario New Home Warranty Program (now known as TARION).

Completion of over 200 home energy audits as part of the NRCan ecoENERGY program.
